Produced in Italy - Contains sulfites - Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Awards: Golden Rose in the "Rosa Rosati Rosé" Competition; Selected for the Guida al Bere Rosa
History: in 1986, as soon as he completed his Enology studies, Stefano Nera had the idea of experimenting for the first time the "vinification in pink” of Nebbiolo “Chiavennasca” grapes. Honestly, the result was a very interesting product, with fine and elegant aromas, with the right acidity and sapidity. It was undoubtedly a good wine, but the time was not yet ripe for that wine to be understood by the public of enthusiasts and connoisseurs. With the 2019 harvest this desire is transformed into reality, with the birth of the "Cerasum" Nebbiolo Rosè by Caven Vini.

Why buy it: because it is a versatile wine, excellent as an aperitif, cold cuts, first courses, fish, white and red meats, cheeses and, why not, with a good hamburger or a delicious gourmet pizza. Fresh, fragrant, tasty, in any case full-bodied and structured, it fully reflects the character of the noble Nebbiolo vine, of the territory that originated it and, of course, of the producer.
